We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, allowing you to request a refund if you’re not satisfied with our product.

Refunds for first purchases

Refunds are given on a case-to-case basis and we reserve the right to deny a request for a refund.
Refunds must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Refunds will not be processed after 14 days from the initial purchase date. We cannot make exceptions to this policy, so please ensure that you request a refund within the specified timeframe.
  • We highly recommend exploring the free version or live demo of our plugins before making a purchase to ensure they meet your needs.
  • By requesting and receiving a refund, you agree to immediately cease using the product and relinquish all ownership of your license. This means that you will no longer be able to use the product, and you will not be entitled to any future updates or support.
  • We reserve the right to reject a refund request if deemed necessary. This may occur if we believe that the refund request is not legitimate or if you’ve violated our terms of service.
  • Refunds do not apply to renewal payments. You will receive two reminder emails—one 30 days before and another 3 days before your subscription renewal date—giving you enough time to cancel if you no longer wish to continue. If you don’t cancel before the renewal is processed, you will be charged, and this payment will not be eligible for a refund.
  • You have attempted to resolve your issue with our support team.
  • If you’re unsure whether the product fits your needs, feel free to contact us (we usually reply within 6 hours.)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, users must open a support ticket and provide clear details about the issue. The support team will prioritize resolving the problem before issuing any refunds, working closely with the user to find a suitable solution. Refunds are not processed immediately, as customer satisfaction is the primary goal. Users are encouraged to allow the team to assist before finalizing their refund request. By purchasing, customers confirm they have read and agreed to the refund policy, including this process and its conditions.
