This timeframe is based on the first purchase date, and any subsequent purchases or repurchases will not restart the 14-day refund window. Please note that this policy applies to all our products, and we cannot make exceptions to this timeframe.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be processed after 14 days from the initial purchase date. We cannot make exceptions to this policy, so please ensure that you request a refund within the specified timeframe.
  • By requesting and receiving a refund, you agree to immediately cease using the product and relinquish all ownership of your license. This means that you will no longer be able to use the product, and you will not be entitled to any future updates or support.
  • We reserve the right to reject a refund request if deemed necessary. This may occur if we believe that the refund request is not legitimate or if you’ve violated our terms of service.
  • Refunds do not apply to renewal payments. You will receive a renewal notification email 4 weeks prior to your renewal date, allowing you to cancel your subscription before the automatic renewal payment is processed. If you do not cancel your subscription, you will be charged for the renewal, and this payment will not be eligible for a refund.
